REcolorado now delivers its listing data through Bridge Interactive. We sync that feed into your WordPress, Laravel or custom site and keep it current every 2 to 3 hours.

A Denver broker site built for one route can break on the next, and agencies tend to answer with a rebuild. We have synced this board's feed before, on a multi MLS platform we built and ran from 2018 to 2025.
REcolorado is the MLS for the Denver metro and much of Colorado, based in Greenwood Village. Brokers and agents across the state use it to list and search.
In 2022 REcolorado joined MLS Grid, took an ownership stake and a board seat, and moved its IDX vendors onto the Grid. Its data page now describes Bridge Interactive as its exclusive data delivery platform.
New data customers request access in Bridge and complete a REcolorado licence agreement there. From October 2026, REcolorado subscribers log in to Bridge through the CONNECT dashboard to request access.
The board decides which platform carries its feed. Each route has its own login, paging and limits, and its own page here.
REcolorado runs every new request through Bridge. You, or the developer working for you, apply there.
Subscribers reach Bridge through the CONNECT dashboard from October 2026.
Describe the product and how the data will be used.
Search MLS Datasets for REcolorado and pick the feed type: IDX, VOW, back office or PDAP.
REcolorado provides both. Its data licensing team answers questions on feed types, fields and pricing.
Once REcolorado confirms the agreement, the sync is pointed at the live dataset with your server token.
REcolorado sets the feed types. Bridge sets the technical limits.
01IDX for public display, VOW behind a login, back office for internal tools such as CMAs, and PDAP for office listing data.
02Property, Member, Office and OpenHouse through the RESO Web API, with photos as an object on each listing.
03Bridge recommends BridgeModificationTimestamp for incremental pulls, since ModificationTimestamp comes straight from the MLS.
04On demand queries return up to 200 records with $top. Larger pulls go through replication, where REcolorado grants it.
05A FieldRules resource shows which fields each licence allows, which settles questions such as solds for your feed type.
06Bridge sets a default of 5,000 requests an hour per application, with a per minute burst limit.
Taken from the board's own published rules and data pages, listed under Sources above. The audit confirms the current version before anything is built.
REcolorado grants one data feed per Bridge application, except back office, where one feed can cover several approved uses. An IDX site and a VOW portal need two applications.
REcolorado sends its own licence agreement and questionnaire inside Bridge. Access starts once that is approved.
A vendor can request a PDAP feed for a participant's internal use of office listing data, but it needs a three party PDAP licence that names the vendor.
A sync built for MLS Grid tracks MlgCanView and stores every photo. On Bridge it tracks BridgeModificationTimestamp, and photos can be linked from the Bridge CDN where the rules allow.
Sites that moved to an MLS Grid plugin may need another change for Bridge. The server token stays in server config, never in theme scripts. Photos can link to the Bridge CDN where REcolorado rules allow, so the media library stays small. The sync runs from a server cron job.
A REcolorado filter class sits on a shared parser, and queued jobs pull changes on BridgeModificationTimestamp. If you hold both IDX and VOW, they are two applications and two sets of jobs, writing to one listing schema with a feed type column.
If your code was written for MLS Grid, the schema can stay and the client changes. The MlgCanView removal logic gives way to a daily purge with a minimum count check, and photo storage can shrink if linking is allowed.
Your listings never go blank. The new sync runs beside whatever feeds the site today, and we only switch when the two match.
We check your REcolorado access, which route it is on, your platform and what the site needs to show.
It fills its own tables while your current listings stay up.
Counts, statuses, photos and rosters checked against the feed.
Pages read from the new sync. The old plugin or script is removed.
REcolorado calls Bridge its exclusive delivery platform, so new feeds go there. Existing feeds that moved to MLS Grid in 2022 may still run, and the audit checks which route yours is on before anything is built.
The listings are the same either way. What changes is the change timestamp, how photos are handled and how removals arrive, which is most of the sync code.
Your site's address, what it runs on, and which MLS or feed you have access to.
Access, fields, photos, rosters, and how your platform stores listings.
What syncs, how often, what shows where, and a fixed price for the build.
If you go ahead, the $499 comes off the integration.
