Shipping to both stores year after year

An app your
customers actually open.

We design, build and launch iOS and Android apps from one codebase, then handle the part most studios walk away from: store review, releases, crash reports and the updates that keep it working two years later.

The honest version

Most apps die
after launch.

Not because the code was wrong, but because nobody owned what came next. Here's what actually kills them, and how we build around it.

01

Nobody handles the stores

Apple rejects a build, a certificate expires, Google changes a policy. Without someone owning releases the app quietly stops updating, then stops working.

We own releases
02

It was built as a website in a wrapper

Users can tell instantly. We build with native navigation, gestures, and offline behaviour so it feels like an app, not a slow page.

Native feel
03

Two codebases, half the budget each

Separate iOS and Android teams double the cost and guarantee the platforms drift apart. One React Native codebase ships both, with native modules where they genuinely matter.

One codebase
04

No reason to open it twice

An app without notifications, rewards, or something that changes is a bookmark. We design the loop that brings people back before we write a line of code.

Retention
05

Crashes nobody sees

Most teams learn about bugs from one-star reviews. We wire crash reporting and analytics from day one, so we see it before your customers complain.

Monitoring
From build to store

The release path,
handled end to end.

Store submission is where most projects stall. We've done it enough times to make it boring.

Scope

The one loop the app has to nail, and what we deliberately leave out.

Week 1

Design

Clickable prototype on a real device before we build the thing.

Weeks 2-3

Build

Two-week sprints, a working build on your phone every Friday.

Weeks 3-10

Beta

TestFlight and Play internal testing with your real users.

Week 10

Live

We handle submission, review notes, and every update after.

Week 12

Both stores, or it isn't finished.

Signing certificates, provisioning profiles, privacy nutrition labels, data safety forms, screenshots at six sizes, age ratings, review replies. It's tedious, it's non-negotiable, and it's included.

What we build

Apps that do
a job.

Loyalty & rewards

Points, tiers, and redemptions that bring customers back.

Booking & scheduling

Let customers book, reschedule and pay from their phone, wired straight into the calendar your team already runs on.

Field & staff tools

Apps for people who aren't at a desk: job lists, photo capture, signatures, stock counts. Built to work in a basement with no signal.

Commerce & ordering

Browse, cart, pay, track. Apple Pay and Google Pay in, saved cards, and reorder in two taps.

Companion apps

Already have a platform? We add the mobile layer on top of your existing API, without rebuilding the back end.

Rescue & takeover

Inherited an app nobody can build any more? We take over the codebase, get it releasing again, and fix what's broken.

Questions

Before you
commission it.

React Native for almost everything: one codebase, both stores, roughly half the cost and none of the drift between platforms. Where something genuinely needs native (heavy camera work, Bluetooth hardware, background location) we write that piece natively and bridge it.
You do, all of it. The apps are published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, in your company's name, and the source is yours. If you ever want to take it in-house you can, without asking us for anything.
We deal with it, at no extra cost. Rejections are routine and usually about metadata, permissions wording, or sign-in options rather than your actual app. We've been through review enough times to avoid most of them and to answer the rest quickly.
Six to twelve weeks for a first version that's genuinely usable, plus about a week of store review. You'll have a build on your own phone from week three, so you're never waiting until the end to see it.
Apps need maintenance in a way websites don't: every year brings new OS versions, new store rules, and expiring certificates. We offer a support retainer that covers OS updates, store compliance, crash fixes and small changes, so the app is still working in two years.
