Doorify MLS is the new name of Triangle MLS. We sync its IDX feed into your WordPress, Laravel or custom site and keep it current every 2 to 3 hours.
Authorization: Bearer {token}GET /$metadataGET /Property@odata.nextLink$filter=ModificationTimestamp gt {last}Triangle MLS became Doorify MLS in September 2024, with a new dashboard and new logins. Raleigh and Durham broker sites still pull the same listings, often through code nobody has checked since. We have synced this board's feed before, on a multi MLS platform we built and ran from 2018 to 2025.
Triangle MLS is the MLS for Raleigh, Durham and the Research Triangle in North Carolina. Since September 10, 2024 it has operated as Doorify MLS, and it says it has grown beyond the Triangle.
Subscribers reach Matrix and other tools through the Doorify MLS dashboard. Former Alamance MLS participants and subscribers have also moved onto Doorify.
Doorify offers vendor IDX feeds, a direct IDX feed for an office, and a free Broker Data Feed of an office's own listings. Its data distribution team handles feed requests.
The board decides which platform carries its feed. Each route has its own login, paging and limits, and its own page here.
There are two ways in: a registered vendor, or a direct feed requested by the Broker in Charge.
A vendor feed through a registered vendor, a direct IDX feed for the office, or a Broker Data Feed of your own listings.
A vendor not yet on the Doorify list completes Doorify registration before it can get IDX access.
The office contacts the vendor to set up an account before IDX can be activated.
The vendor requests a data feed from the platform options Doorify lists. For a direct feed, the Broker in Charge submits the request.
The sync is checked against the feed before your pages switch.
Doorify does not publish the format of each platform option in public. The audit reads it from your credentials.
01A vendor IDX feed, a direct office IDX feed, and a Broker Data Feed with only your office's listings.
02Every firm that has not opted out, since inclusion is the default.
03Synced where the feed carries them, or rosters built from the listing feed when it does not.
04Carried through and served from an image CDN with resizing.
05Pulled by modification timestamp, with a daily purge that skips the run and alerts us if the feed returns too few listings.
Taken from the board's own published rules and data pages, listed under Sources above. The audit confirms the current version before anything is built.
A vendor not on the Doorify list has to register with Doorify MLS before it can receive IDX access, then requests a data feed from the platform options Doorify lists.
Only the Broker in Charge can request a direct IDX feed, because it grants IDX access for the whole office.
Doorify says a Broker Data Feed of the office's own listings carries no fee, and it will send it to your vendor at no charge.
A firm's listings are in the IDX feed unless the Broker in Charge asks Doorify to opt out.
If you only need your own listings, the free Broker Data Feed may be enough for a small site. A full IDX feed runs from a server cron job into local tables. Footer text that still says Triangle MLS is updated in the same pass.
A Doorify config entry and filter class sit on a shared parser. If you hold both a Broker Data Feed and an IDX feed, both write to one listing schema, with your own listings flagged for featured placement.
Any stack that can run a schedule will do. The sync writes one listing schema, so a change in the feed platform touches the client code only, not your pages.
Your listings never go blank. The new sync runs beside whatever feeds the site today, and we only switch when the two match.
We check your Doorify MLS access, the feed platform, your platform and what the site needs to show.
It fills its own tables while your current listings stay up.
Counts, statuses, photos and rosters checked against the feed.
Pages read from the new sync. The old plugin or script is removed.
Doorify gives you three feeds to choose from. A Broker Data Feed is free but only has your listings. A vendor feed comes through a registered vendor. A direct IDX feed gives the whole office raw data, which Doorify notes needs a developer.
Doorify lists more than one data feed platform for vendors. The audit checks which one your access uses, and what each costs, before a build is quoted.
Your site's address, what it runs on, and which MLS or feed you have access to.
Access, fields, photos, rosters, and how your platform stores listings.
What syncs, how often, what shows where, and a fixed price for the build.
If you go ahead, the $499 comes off the integration.
We are an independent developer. We are not affiliated with, or certified by, any MLS or data provider named on this page.
Send the site's address and the feed you have access to. The audit gives you a written plan and a fixed quote.
