HAR licenses its MLS data through its own chosen platform. We sync your licensed feed into your WordPress, Laravel or custom site and keep it current every 2 to 3 hours.
licence approved by HARAuthorization: {token}full set page by pagemodified since {last}HAR also runs HAR.com, its own consumer listing portal, so a broker site with stale or thin listings is easy to compare. The fix is the sync, not a new site. We have synced this board's feed before, on a multi MLS platform we built and ran from 2018 to 2025.
HAR MLS is run by the Houston Association of REALTORS, which represents over 50,000 members across greater Houston. HAR also runs HAR.com, its consumer listing portal.
HAR has data share agreements with NTREIS in Dallas Fort Worth, and with Unlock MLS in Austin and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS MLS. Those let subscribers see other markets inside their own MLS.
Repliers announced in April 2026 that HAR had named it the exclusive platform to license and distribute MLS data, adding data from HAR.com and its showing service on top.
The board decides which platform carries its feed. Each route has its own login, paging and limits, and its own page here.
HAR sets the licensing route. The steps below follow its April 2026 announcement. The audit confirms them for your case.
If your site already pulls HAR data, list what it uses and under which licence.
Apply through the platform HAR names for licensing and say what the site will show.
The licence sets the fields, statuses, display rules and any fee.
Credentials are issued once the licence is approved, and stored as a server secret.
The sync is checked against the feed before your pages switch.
Your licence decides the detail. These are the parts any HAR sync has to handle.
01Active and pending listings, with solds where the licence allows.
02Agent and office data where the licence allows, or rosters built from the listing feed.
03Synced and attached to their listings where the feed carries them.
04Carried through and served from an image CDN with resizing.
05Regular pulls take only what changed since the last run, by modification time.
06A daily purge with a minimum count check that blocks a bad purge and sends an alert.
HAR changed how it licenses data in 2026. These are the points that follow, and what the sync does with them.
Repliers announced in April 2026 that HAR had named it the exclusive platform to license and distribute MLS data. The audit checks which route and credentials your licence uses today.
The announcement describes the new layer running beside existing delivery methods. If your site already pulls HAR data, the audit checks that feed before anything changes.
IDX opt out flags and address hiding per listing are honoured, and the HAR disclaimer shows the last updated time.
Credentials live in server config. A server cron job runs the HAR sync into its own tables, so listing pages load from your database, not a remote call. If the licensing route changes, only the sync changes and the theme stays.
HAR gets its own driver and filter class over the shared parser. If HAR's route changes, a new driver writes the same listing schema, so models, pages and map search carry on untouched.
Any stack that can make HTTPS calls on a schedule will do. Keeping the sync apart from the pages matters more on HAR than most, since the licensing route has just changed.
Your listings never go blank. The new sync runs beside whatever feeds the site today, and we only switch when the two match.
We check your HAR licence, the route it uses and what the site needs to show.
It fills its own tables while your current listings stay up.
Counts, statuses, photos and rosters checked against the feed.
Pages read from the new sync. The old plugin or script is removed.
HAR now names one platform for licensing and distributing its MLS data. The announcement also says existing delivery methods stay in place, so a site with a working HAR feed may not need to move yet.
The audit checks what your licence covers today and which route it runs on. Then the sync is built so the route can change without touching your pages.
Your site's address, what it runs on, and which MLS or feed you have access to.
Access, fields, photos, rosters, and how your platform stores listings.
What syncs, how often, what shows where, and a fixed price for the build.
If you go ahead, the $499 comes off the integration.
We are an independent developer. We are not affiliated with, or certified by, any MLS or data provider named on this page.
Send the site's address and the feed you have access to. The audit gives you a written plan and a fixed quote.
